VP of Engineering May 2014 - Present
I started at MediaHound leading the mobile team— building beautiful, high-performant, and fun iOS apps and games. I expanded my position to lead our iOS, Web, and Data teams. We have built experiences for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and the browser. Our website Date Night Movies won a Webby in 2016.

I worked on iPhone and iPad apps to enable doctors and nurses to monitor patients at any time from anywhere.
Software Development Engineer June 2011 - Sep 2013
I worked on the Windows Phone Developer Platform and shipped Windows Phone 8. I gained experience in API design, app compatibility, advanced debugging, design specifications, working with large codebases, and cross-team collaboration. I contributed to the Windows Phone Toolkit, Silverlight Framework system controls, Native SDK for C++ Apps and DirectX Games, and the Local/Push Notification Platform. In 2012, I received the Excellence in Execution Award Windows Phone Division.
Co-Founder Nov 2009 - Dec 2011
I co-founded and co-developed an iOS development shop based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our most successful product was Flickpad, an immersive iPad app that lets users flick through all their friends Facebook or Flickr photos and share, favorite, or comment on them. The app was featured by Apple under New and Noteworthy, received 4 out of 5 stars from MacWorld, and was featured in Wired, The Huffington Post, and many other media outlets.
Product Development Intern May 2010 - July 2010
I led the company's venture into iPhone and iPad development by creating an iPhone app for sales managers. Near the end of the internship I reworked the application to support iPad and fully redesigned the interface. Both apps handled user authentication using RSA and AES encryption, interacted with SOAP web services, and integrated with the device’s address book and microphone.
